The Board of Directors of Wawasan TKH Holdings Berhad (”the Company”) wishes to announce that the Tenth Annual General Meeting (”10th AGM”) of the Company will be held at Ground Floor, Wisma TKH, Lot 6, Jalan Teknologi, Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Thursday, 23 June 2011 at 10.00 a.m. A copy of the Notice of the 10th AGM is attached.
Please note that the Notice of the 10th AGM will be advertised in “The New Straits Times” on 1 June 2011.
