With regard to the earlier announcement dated 15 December 2010 in relation to the Proposed Par Value Reduction, Proposed Debt Conversion and Proposed Amendments to the Memorandum & Articles of Association (“First Announcement”), please take note that the existing last paragraph of section 3.2 in the First Announcement, is hereby superseded and replaced in entirety with the following paragraph with immediate effect (“Revision”):
Revised last paragraph of section 3.2
“The final issue price of the Placement Shares shall be fixed based on the volume weighted average market price of WTKH Shares as traded on Bursa Securities for a five (5) market day period which is to be determined after the approval of the shareholders of WTKH (if given) for the Proposed Debt Conversion (as part of the Proposals) at the forthcoming EGM, and the settlement of the cash subscription cost of the Placement Shares to be made via offset against the Debt shall be made within five (5) market days of such price fixing date.”
For consistency, the abbreviations used above are the same as those previously defined in the Company’s First Announcement dated 15 December 2010.
