The Board of Directors of WWTKH is pleased to announce that GREATPAC SDN. BHD. (Company No. 229382-K) had on before 14 February 2011 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with DIVINE LOTUS SDN. BHD. (Company No.: 926523-V) (”Divine Lotus”) for a total cash consideration sum of Ringgit Malaysia Five Million Five Hundred and Sixty Three Thousand (RM5,563,000.00) (“the Purchase price”) only (“Proposed Disposal”).
